Truck Bed Stripe Kits: Measure Twice, Stripe Once
A practical installation plan for getting long stripes straight without wrestling the whole truck.
Wash the bedside thoroughly and remove wax, road film and grease. Decide exactly where the stripe should sit relative to body lines, wheel openings and bed edges. Make several small reference marks with low-tack tape instead of trusting one mark at each end. Long graphics are easier to control when applied progressively rather than exposing the entire adhesive surface at once. Squeegee from the center of each working section toward the edges. Recheck alignment as you advance. Take your time around contours and avoid stretching the material simply to force it into position.
Pinky's rule: clean surfaces, careful measuring and a little patience beat fixing a rushed installation later.
