How to Install a Sticker Without Bubbles
Clean first, slow down, and let the squeegee do the arguing.
Start with a clean, dry surface. Remove wax, grease and dust, then let the surface dry completely. Position the sticker before exposing all of the adhesive. For larger graphics, use a hinge of masking tape so the artwork cannot wander off on an adventure. Apply from one edge toward the other with firm overlapping squeegee strokes. If a small bubble remains, give the adhesive time to settle before deciding it needs surgery. Avoid installing on very hot panels or in freezing conditions. A little patience usually produces a much better result than heroic last-second rubbing.
Pinky's rule: clean surfaces, careful measuring and a little patience beat fixing a rushed installation later.
